Did you know Lulamon once operated entirely out of our very own livable display home? šŸ”

In Gillieston Heights, our team built, worked from and welcomed clients to a fully functioning livable display, a home that was designed not just to be looked at, but lived in.

It became the heart of our business until it sold in 2022, giving families the chance to walk through real spaces, open real doors and experience exactly what a Lulamon home feels like day to day.

It was one of our favourite chapters a little unconventional at times , a lot memorable moments, and a true reflection of how deeply we believe in creating homes that work beautifully in real life.

Throughout their whole journey, Mark & Kate stayed open and trusting of the process even with months of consistent rain. They believed in our team and in the home we were creating for them, and exactly nine months after we stepped on site, they walked into their beautiful new home just in time to celebrate Christmas in their new space.

For us, this project was more than a build. It was a moment of genuine growth. It strengthened our systems, sharpened our communication, and reminded us that trust isnā€™t just a nice to have, it's the fondation of every great builder - client relationship šŸ«¶

Weā€™re incredibly grateful to Mark & Kate for choosing us to bring their home to life. Their trust shaped this project, and their journey shaped us.
