Ever wondered what it looks like to install a baby monitor for the worlds deadliest bird?

We installed a PTZ camera from Hikvision to livestream a nesting Peregrine Falcon at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital to YouTube 24/7.

There’s a difference between ticking a box and taking pride in your work.

Here at Covenant I’m proud to say that the team and I take pride in the final product. The satisfaction from leaving a work site with a genuinely happy client makes us happy to.

Yeah, we could tick the box and just wire it up and leave. OR.
We could take pride in what we do,
- Make the wiring pretty
- Show the customer the full capabilities of the system and how to use it correctly
- Offer complimentary merchandise
- Provide a complimentary follow up
- Keep the design neat and tidy

That’s why we think you should choose us for your next install.

Does Covenant deliver perfect service? Judge for yourself by seeing the lengths we go to after an installation to ensure our systems operate as optimally as possible!

This camera is critical -- the alarm needs to trigger if the homeowner's small child climbs over the pool fence. At the same time, we want to alleviate false alarms as much as possible. Watch as Adam explains how we think through these unique scenarios to ensure we keep people safe without annoyances. We can do this thanks to the great remote configuration capabilities of products from Hikvision Australia and New Zealand.

Once you get cameras installed you don't know how you ever lived without them. There's no greater peace of mind than knowing everything that's going on around your property whether you're home or away.

Better yet, if you have active deterrent cameras you'll not only know what's going on, you'll know there's nothing going on that you don't want going on.

Cameras from Hikvision Australia and New Zealand tick all the boxes. 24-hour full colour, active deterrence and the best free app available.

It makes us unbelievably happy (not only as a business, but just as fellow humans) when we get to help someone feel more safe and comfortable in their own home. That kind of heartwarming feeling gives us even more drive to keep doing what we're doing.

Thanks to all our customers for keeping us going.

What kind of service do you expect from your security installer? In this video, Adam gives us a quick runthrough of how we provide service to our customers after the installation is done by adjusting alarm settings on these cameras from Hikvision Australia and New Zealand using Hik-Partner Pro.
