🏠 Are your smoke alarms ready for 2027? 🚨

From 1 January 2027, Queensland’s smoke alarm requirements will apply to all homes, not just properties being sold or leased.

If you’re unsure whether your current smoke alarms meet the requirements, now is a great time to get them checked — rather than leaving it until the last minute.

⚡ JK Electrical can assess your existing smoke alarms and provide a FREE quote to bring your home up to compliance.

Don’t wait until the 2027 deadline — get your home sorted early.
