RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ Homemade Slushy for the price of a bag of frozen pineapple - yes please!
And the best part is that given it’s homemade - you can control exactly how much sugar goes in. This recipe uses just 50g, but you could swap it for monk fruit sweetener or leave it out altogether.
Pineapple is rich in vitamin C to support your immune system, and it contains bromelain which is a natural enzyme that helps break down protein.
Add a little coconut milk and fresh mint, and you’ve got a refreshing, homemade treat without the guilt 😉
Increase the pineapple by 100g and add a splash of Malibu rum and you’ve got yourself a Pina Colada edition 🤫
Enjoy!
