Happy Friday! 😂🤙

Sometimes you’ve got to pick your battles… 🫠

But hey, we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️ Another week full of family life, good people and getting stuck into what we love. 🔨

Who else used up all their negotiation skills before they get to work? 😂👇

Ironbark is a great option for Tassie conditions, we love that it’s Australian-grown. Supporting Australian timber is something we value.

Tom knows his materials, understands Tassie conditions and will give you an honest recommendation based on your project, your budget and what will stand the test of time.

Got a deck in mind? Let’s talk options. 🔨🇦🇺

Just a small builder out here thriving 🤣

07/10/2026

He’ll grow up knowing I build.

But I hope he also sees how I build.

Turning up when I say I will.
Being straight with people.
Fixing the things that aren’t right.
Taking the extra time when it matters.
And never putting my name on work I wouldn’t want in my own home.

That’s the thing about being a small builder.

You don’t get to hide behind a big company name.
Your name is on every job.

And I’m pretty comfortable with that.

Thinking about renovating or building in Hobart?

As a small local builder, we keep things personal, communicate clearly and take pride in getting the details right.

Because when you’re working on someone’s home, “close enough” isn’t good enough.

INCOMING…. New bathroom Reno underway for Tom Pybus Construction

15/09/2026

A bathroom renovation is about more than making it look good.

It needs to be:

Designed properly.
Built properly.
Waterproofed properly.
Certified properly.

Because the best work is often the work you never see.

Don’t just ask, “How much?”
Ask, “What’s included?”

And more importantly… “What’s not?”

At Tom Pybus Construction, transparency is one of our biggest values.

From the beginning, we’ll be upfront about what we know, what we don’t, and what could potentially change along the way.

Because renovations can be tricky. Things come up.

But you should never be left wondering where your money went or hit with surprises you weren’t prepared for.

He won’t stay little forever, but we’re building something that will. 🤍

More than just projects we’re building a legacy of hard work, quality craftsmanship, and strong values. Every project starts with a conversation, a dream, and a whole lot of trust. Thanks for letting us be part of your story. 🤍

Thinking about building or renovating? We’d love to chat.
