A fresh deck for this covered entertaining area using the new INNODECK range in Autumn Oak. Love the variation through these boards — plenty of different grain patterns and shifts in tone, giving the finished deck a really natural timber look. Finished off with a clean picture frame edge and matching fascia.

A sunken spa, warm timber tones and a pretty incredible mountain backdrop. The spa sits on its own slab, with the deck built up and around it to create that seamless, integrated finish.

More to come from this one 🤎

Spotted Gum doing what Spotted Gum does best 👌
Every one of these battens was installed individually by hand — and yep, there were a LOT of them.
The natural variation is what makes Spotted Gum so good. Different tones, different grain, and plenty of character running through the timber.
Finished with CUTEK® Extreme CD50 to help protect the timber from the elements, repel moisture and minimise warping, cupping and splitting — while letting that natural grain do its thing.
A lot of battens. A lot of screws. Definitely worth it.
Special shoutout to the real MVP of this job - the hydraulic impact driver 🤌🏼

Some backyards are made for entertaining. Others are made for slowing down. Imagine starting every Saturday with a coffee, the sound of running water, and a space that feels like a private resort. That's what we love creating.

A spa isn't the finished project... it's where the transformation begins. Warm timber tones. Black accents. Tropical Plants. Clean lines.

It's the kind of backyard that makes you stay outside just a little longer.

Every great outdoor space starts with a vision.
Lets create yours 💭

This custom timber bench was built specifically for the entry at Cabravale Diggers, bringing together the beauty of natural timber with clean lines, seamless mitred corners and careful craftsmanship. A simple feature that also serves a purpose.

When one spa just isn't enough... Our clients already had a spa they loved, but wanted somewhere the whole family could enjoy together. Adding a swim spa gave them the best of both worlds – a place to exercise, play with the kids, or simply cool off, while still keeping the original spa for those slower moments. We were lucky enough to build the composite deck around both, using Plus-Dek in the colour Toasted Maple.
We carefully scribed every board to work around the existing rocks and landscaping so nothing had to be disturbed. Simple ideas, careful workmanship, and another backyard ready to be enjoyed.

Shoutout to Backyard Splashes for bringing us in on this one 🤝🏼

To keep this spa area looking clean, we incorporated a HIDE Manhole Cover that sits perfectly flush within the composite decking. It provides discreet access to the spa equipment below, while maintaining a seamless, premium finish.

No bulky access hatches. No compromising the design. Just a practical solution that's there when you need it.

We're always looking for ways to enhance spa and outdoor living spaces while ensuring they remain functional, serviceable, and built for the long term.

Great outdoor spaces should look incredible today—and still work effortlessly years from now.

This one just keeps going 👌

We're laying Woodevo Home Advanced in Antique Silver, using the CAMO board straighteners to get every board lined up before locking it all in with the CAMO Stand-Up tool.

Jobs like this remind us that we're not just building a deck.

We're creating a place for weekend BBQs, morning coffees, birthdays, the kids to play, or somewhere to sit back after a long day.

If you've got a backyard that's not getting used, maybe it's time to turn it into the best part of your home.

What would you do with the extra space?
