With severe weather conditions affecting parts of Queensland, we want to remind all pool owners of one very important thing:

🚫 DO NOT EMPTY YOUR POOL! 🚫

We understand that heavy rainfall and the possibility of flooding can be concerning, but draining your swimming pool can cause more harm than good.

💧 Should I drain some water from my pool?

The answer is NO!

As a general rule, swimming pools should not be emptied. Draining your pool without professional advice can lead to serious structural damage, costly repairs and potentially void your warranty.

If you’re concerned about your pool’s water level or how the weather may affect it, please contact our team or your local pool service professional before taking any action.

Because of a power outage, the Century Pools QLD office will be closed tomorrow. Don't worry, it's business as usual behind the scenes! Our phones will be diverted and the team will be working remotely, so you can still reach us the usual way.
