A budget friendly transformation for these lovely clients replacing the dated latticework with sleek, fresh balustrades for a cleaner, more modern finish. 🌿🔨

🏡 A proper exterior refresh takes more than just a coat of paint!

There was plenty of extra work involved in bringing this older hardwood timber back to life. The exterior received a thorough pressure wash and mould treatment, followed by extensive preparation and timber repairs where needed.

The hardwood was then correctly prepared, sealed and painted to help protect it from Mackay’s harsh weather and ensure a longer-lasting finish.

We completed the fascias, eaves, gables, windows, doors, frames, veranda posts, rafters and garage timberwork, leaving everything fresh, protected and ready for the new gutters to be installed.

It’s the work underneath the paint, knowledge, and care that makes all the difference👌

Rhys: “We’ve just got a little tree to remove Saturday morning and take to green waste.” 🌳

Zoie: “No worries, too easy.” 👌

Saturday morning: Cue the heavens opening. ☔️🌧️💦

Then Zoie sees the “little tree”…

Zoie: 👁️👄👁️
“RHYS. That is NOT a little tree.” 😂🌳

Nevertheless, we got stuck in. Tree down, loaded up, green waste sorted and job done, all while getting absolutely soaked to the bone.

Customer happy. Job completed.
Zoie? Wet, unimpressed but still smiling…. just. 😂

Leaky ceiling + mould = not exactly the garage feature anyone asked for 😅💧

When we removed the affected section, we treated the mould straight away prior to the plumber attending, helping prevent any further spread while the source of the problem was being addressed.

Reefside Plumbing 💧🐢 then took care of the leak, and once that was sorted, we came back to finish the job 🔨

The customer didn’t require the entire garage ceiling repainted, so we worked with what was needed. Repairing and preparing the affected area, carefully sectioning it off and repainting accordingly👌🎨

Leak fixed. Mould treated. Ceiling repaired. Problem sorted without turning it into a bigger job than necessary.
