Bayside House. What looks like a simple refurbishment has so many hidden details in the build process. Reglazing the windows with double glazing large single pane glass. Moving the air vents and cornices to allow for a seamless inbuilt look for the cabinets. Sanding and refinishing the floors. Audio and security systems wired in and discreet. New Power points and light switches. New cabling for the pendant and dimmers. Ensuring the light position and custom light are perfectly aligned. New curtains and tracks. So much work goes into a simply elegant room. But much to enjoy when completed.

A stunning teen bedroom at Bayside House. The combination of George Fethers & Co timber grain and Laminex AU porcelain blush creates these soft custom cabinets. Considered lighting, additional power a data points, even a small end panel to contain the curtains and prevent anything rolling off the desk. Add to that the updated windows, new luxuriously soft curtains, soft furnishings and bedding and minimal ventilation grills , to create a bedroom retreat with wow factor.
