GT Artwork & Design - Building Consultation

Does anyone else feel AI is like having a work experience kid that doesn’t listen to you and makes 💩 up instead of following basic instructions?
Here’s a house I’m working on. Just trying to make it a bit prettier in presentation.

Builder-Owner Builder Subscription

The cost of providing plans has sky-rocketted in recent years due to increase in documentation requirements.

To help with this cost increase, I'm offering monthly and annual subscription locking in lower drafting rates for members.

If you'd like more information about my services for Builders and Owner-Builders, drop me a line at [email protected]

Website email test. AI websites are brilliant……when they work! It’s like having an arrogant employee who talks back to you then tells you how to do your job by the end of its first week. All I want is a working email.
If there are any humans out there, drop me an email so I know it’s working.

Here’s a couple of plans I found for narrow blocks. Perfect for owner builders looking to get their foot on the real estate ladder.
I can provide full working drawings at a reasonable cost (Victoria) or I can provide CAD files so you can take to your local Drafty if you wish.
Follow and share for more plans. Subscription offer available soon so you can get access to over 30 years worth of floor plan designs (all updated to the latest NCC)

Great to see Karim’s team getting some recognition. I’ve worked with Ghan Homes for close to 15 years and watched them grow into an amazing building company. A real Aussie success story. Check them out if you’re in the market for a new home.

Multi-generational homes.
With the cost of housing in Australia, many young people have almost given up on owning their own homes. However there is a solution "close to home"....Stay at home and re-design the floor plan to cater for the next generation.
Part of my job as a Registered Building Designer is to re-image a home to new families but also to existing, changing families. Older members coming to live, couples living at home, wanting to save for a deposit, or just rowdy teenagers who have out-grown their bedrooms.
Homes should be adaptable for all generations so they can stay close to home as long as possible. It not only makes economic sense, but also financial sense in the times we now live in.
Knockdown rebuild, Extension, Granny flat, Duplex?
If you are looking for a solution to your extended family home issues, drop me a DM and lets talk options.
Cheers Glenn

Owner Building?

Started working on few designs specifically targeting towards owner builders after a conversation with a builder I do work for.
He’s getting more calls to work as a contractor rather than a registered builder as clients are worried about quality and want to take on more control in the building process.
Follow me for more information regarding design and estimation services.
Registered Practitioner in Victoria but happy to help Australia wide.

On a recent trip to Paris I noticed this very precarious facade. Looks can be very deceiving.
Remember good house design is more than a just a fancy facade.
