When I went to Tassie the other week, I knew I'd been gifted some embroidery threads from Bestie Hugs' mum.

So I dutifully took a carry on bag inside a suitcase, even though I was only going for 5 days.

But, OH. MY. GOODNESS!!!! Take a look at this haul. I had to leave half my clothes behind 😆😆 The excess baggage costs = totally worth it.

This is around 500 spools of thread, about 3 times what I currently have and it has some of my favorite ones that can't even be bought any more.

Thank-you, Mum H ❣️ (She will never have to buy her own sock wool again!!)

I've made book cushions for dogs (still a favorite) and Christmas Stockings for dogs, but now I have also created Christmas gift bags for dogs!!!! This must mean Archie and Ollie are on Santa's nice list!!

And a special request for a flamingo steering wheel cover, all making their way to WA ❣️

Another order completed!

Some bowl cosies, some new, improved pattern pasta bowl cosies (SO much better than the ones I made for myself), a little zipper bag to be used for carrying jewellery about in and a steering wheel cover in preparation for the warmer weather 😊

I'm kicking goals 😆😆

Tassie Sox 2026/10

Created with the gorgeous "Sparkler" by Dove Dale not far from me at Lewiston, I've had a few of their yarns now and I love them, the colours are just beautiful ❣️

HOW ADORABLE!!!!

I am absolutely not going to let the 👼 out of the bag, so I've covered the name, but how stinkin' cute is this!!!! (Done with mums blessing)

This little thing is sooooo tiny I only just fitted it onto the embroidery machine!

Next question .....

🩷?🩵?🩷?🩵?🩷?🩵?🩷?🩵?

Its been all about the Coos here in Big Hugs HQ!! A lady who loves this fabric grabbed a steering wheel cover from me, and then asked me to make a few other things for her.

So, a different style of tea towel hanger, a glasses case and a laptop & ipad sleeve 😊 Ta-da!!!

I do have another thing I have to make for her, but I got caught up in some much less inspiring stuff today, so 🤞 for tomorrow!!
