This is the #1 question we get from small-yard owners in Perth, and the honest answer is: there’s no flat number!

It comes down to your fence height and your pool height, thanks to a safety rule called the Non-Climbable Zone (AS 1926.1) — basically an imaginary 900mm arc measured from the top of your fence.
