A super quirky home in Tempe ✨

I had the pleasure of working with real estate agent Louise Mitchell again, this time styling this character filled property for sale.

The brief was to work within a tight budget while keeping the unique personality and essence of the home.

With budget in mind, my consultation included advising the vendors on what to keep, what to remove, what to rearrange, and a small selection of affordable pieces to buy and add themselves before styling day.

Then it was about working with what was already there - editing, rearranging and styling each space to make it feel more considered and ready for market, without losing the quirky charm that made this home so individual.

Sometimes it’s not about changing a home - it’s about bringing out the best in what’s already there.

Bittersweet little update 🥹🌈

My boy has officially outgrown the wooden toy era… although I’m not sure I ever will.
These shelves have held so many memories over the years, but it was time to update his space from toddler to 6 year old boy ✨
