Based in Inner West Sydney, we specialise in design + construct Bathroom + Interior Renovations.

For our busy Edgecliff clients, that meant a kitchen that worked better, a bathroom with room to move and storage that made the most of their apartment.

Through thoughtful planning, custom joinery and considered craftsmanship, we brought it all together-designing and building a home that feels cohesive, calm and easier to live in.

Most renovations that go wrong were decided wrong, not built wrong.

Before you choose a single tile, these seven questions need an answer.

What needs to work better.
Where the light comes from.
Whether you are refreshing the finishes or rethinking the space.
Your realistic investment.
What the property needs.
Which decisions must be made before work begins.
Who brings it all together.

We answer every one of them with you before work starts. Design, selections, trades and construction, all in one figure, with no surprise costs on site. Done once, done properly.

Comment PLANNER and we’ll send you our free Pre-Renovation Planner: the seven questions, and how we take care of every one.

Privacy first, then the warmth.

Where the enclosed shower window used to compromise comfort and usability, there’s now a fully private shower with a lit niche set into chocolate vertical tile.

Layered lighting runs through the whole space, so it feels warm morning and night.

In this terrace, the shower window looked straight into the bedroom.

There was no privacy, and the bedroom, robe and ensuite all felt disconnected.

We reconfigured the bedroom, walk-in robe and ensuite into one private, connected retreat. Chocolate feature tiles, natural stone and a floating timber vanity bring warmth to a space that used to have none.

The problem isn’t always what happens on site. It’s what wasn’t resolved before it.

Unconfirmed layouts, materials and wet-area details can quickly become delays, rushed decisions and costly variations.

Before demolition, we finalise every key detail. In the week prior to construction, AM completes a pre-start visit and our clients receive their full set of technical plans, so everyone begins with the same clear direction.
