চারপাশের মানুষ যখন গভীর ঘুমে আচ্ছন্ন, তখনও কোনো এক নির্মাণস্থলে জ্বলছে আলো।
ঘাম ঝরছে নির্মাণ শ্রমিকদের, আর সতর্ক দৃষ্টিতে কাজের প্রতিটি ধাপ পর্যবেক্ষণ করছেন ইঞ্জিনিয়ার।
এখন রাত ৪টা ৩৪ মিনিট।
দিন হোক কিংবা রাত—সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়াররা সবসময় প্রস্তুত, কাজের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করতে এবং মানুষের স্বপ্নকে বাস্তবে রূপ দিতে।
কারণ কিছু স্বপ্ন দিনের আলোতে নয়,
বাস্তব হয় রাত জেগে… 🌙
কেউ ইট, বালু, সিমেন্ট আর ঘামের বিনিময়ে গড়ে তোলে,
আর কেউ জ্ঞান, দায়িত্ব ও সতর্কতার মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করে সেই নির্মাণের গুণগত মান।
এই রাতজাগা মানুষগুলোর পরিশ্রমেই একদিন দাঁড়িয়ে যায় কারও স্বপ্নের বাড়ি, কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের ভবন, কিংবা একটি নতুন সম্ভাবনার ঠিকানা।

Some build with bricks, sand, cement, and sweat.
Others use their knowledge, responsibility, and vigilance to make sure that every part of the construction meets the required quality.
One day, these sleepless nights will become someone’s dream home, a landmark building, or a new beginning.
