Everyone sees a building’s beauty. Few notice the foundation that holds it up.

At Sthiti, one of those foundations is Nazmul Shohan, our Head of Admin & Accounts. The better his work is done, the quieter it is. Today, on his birthday, we simply want to say: we see it, and we are grateful.

Wishing you peace, good health and joy in the year ahead, Shohan. Happy Birthday. 🌿

Revolutionising the Maritime Sector 🚢

So proud to see the Shipping Department officially launching the Jahaji Ltd. software for lighter vessel management! This is a major step toward transparency and efficiency in our waterways, addressing long-standing scheduling challenges with technology.

Huge congratulations to the team at Jahaji Ltd. for their vision and hard work in making this happen. Seeing someone so close to me lead this digital transformation is truly inspiring. Onwards and upwards!

The Department of Shipping is all set to launch an advanced software named “Jahaji” in order to address long-standing allegations of irregularities and discrimination in lighter vessel scheduling and cargo discharge operations at the outer anchorage of Chattogram Port.

The "Illusion of Choice"

Do we shape the room, or does the room shape the mental health ?

It is a fascinating question. If a specific design is not just aesthetic. It is biological manipulation.
At Sthiti Limited, our philosophy explores this reality.

A space does not just hold you; it affects you. We explore the reality that the wrong color can be a silent burden on your mental health. Real luxury is a mind at rest.

“At Sthiti Limited, we believe good design begins with clarity.
By removing excess, we allow light, proportion, and purpose to define the space.
Decluttered architecture is not about minimalism—it is about meaningful living.”

“Decluttered spaces create uncluttered minds.”

Getting ready to hand over for Shamiul Residence.

At Sthiti Limited, we don't just design rooms; we design transitions. By de-cluttering the floor plan and using "Zoning through Light," we’ve created a living and dining space that feels endless.

Luxury is found in the room you have to breathe.
