Job Context:
We are seeking a qualified, skilled, and experienced Architect with expertise in Interior Design / Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of leading projects from concept to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
-Smart, presentable, and confident personality
-Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English)
-Basic knowledge of digital marketing will be an advantage
-Interior design project handling and ex*****on
-High capability for participating in a client meeting
-Fluent in english spoken and written
-Building architectural design
-Landscape planning and implementation

Proficiency in:
*AutoCAD 2D, (Must be)
*SketchUp
*3D Visualization
*Working Design & Layout Design
*BOQ Preparation
*Quotation prepar
Educational Requirements:
-Diploma in civil /Architecture
-B.Sc. in civil /B.Arch
Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
-Leading, Client meeting
Additional Requirements:
-Strong communication and team coordination skills
-Handle corporate client communication and maintain strong relationships
-Manage sales and marketing activities
-Prepare quotations and client presentations
Salary:
-Negotiable (based on skills and experience)
