Why did this Mississauga property manager choose SmartDrop instead of another click-floor system?

The existing parquet needed to be replaced, and SPC click joints had failed in other condominium units. For this project, we installed Fuzion SmartDrop 7 in Cashmere throughout the unit, excluding the kitchen and bathroom.

Why SmartDrop fit the project:
• Waterproof vinyl
• No click joints to break
• Can accommodate floors that are not perfectly flat
• Comfortable underfoot
• Individual planks can be repaired if damage occurs

The flooring was perimeter glued to create a practical, serviceable long-term solution for the property.
