Receiving a foot reflexology session offers a range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits that contribute to overall well-being.

1. Deep relaxation and stress relief
The gentle pressure and rhythmic movements help calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and promote a sense of tranquility. Many people experience a meditative state during the session.

2. Improved circulation
Stimulating reflex points encourages better blood flow, which helps deliver oxygen and nutrients to cells while aiding in the removal of toxins.

3. Pain relief
Reflexology can help alleviate discomfort in areas such as the back, neck, and shoulders by targeting corresponding reflex zones on the feet. It may also ease headaches and menstrual pain.

4. Enhanced nerve function
Regular sessions can stimulate nerve endings, improving their responsiveness and supporting better communication between the brain and body.

5. Boosted energy levels
By balancing the body’s systems, reflexology can help restore natural energy flow, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

6. Better sleep quality
The relaxation effect often leads to improved sleep patterns, helping those who struggle with insomnia or restlessness.

7. Emotional balance
Foot reflexology encourages the release of tension and emotional blockages, promoting a sense of inner calm and mental clarity.

8. Support for overall wellness
While not a medical treatment, reflexology supports the body’s natural healing processes and helps maintain balance across physical and emotional systems.

Facial Reflexology: Soothing & Relaxing
https://visibook.com/rnreflexology
Facial reflexology is a gentle, therapeutic technique that stimulates specific points on the face to promote deep relaxation and restore balance throughout the body. Each touch encourages circulation, releases tension, and supports the body’s natural healing processes.

This soothing treatment not only helps calm the mind but also enhances skin vitality, leaving you feeling refreshed, radiant, and deeply relaxed.

Perfect for anyone seeking a natural way to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect with inner harmony.

A season to nurture one self.
Receiving a face, hands or feet (or a combination of these treatments) is truly a time to do just that. A client favourite is the face and feet. A true time to rest and rejuvenate.

What a fantastic idea. Sharing seeds through exchange. It is like a little piece of someone else's garden connects to the next. A new way to look at community gardening.
May have to add a little seed library.

Does Reflexology really work, or is it just in the mind?

Your body is wise, it just needs reminding it is. Reflexology doesn’t force change. It gently supports your body to reset, and rebalance how body systems function, it is safe.

Many clients are surprised by how relaxed, clear, or lighter they feel after their session. Even those who weren’t sure if it would work are happy with how they feel at the end of the treatment.

Give your body the chance to show you what it can do.

U P D A T E:
Both sessions are full! And a waiting list to boot!
I will be in touch with participants on the upcoming sessions.

So excited to announce that I am part of a global group called The Foot Collective - and have been designated a Foot Collective Pro. This collective group as a diverse group of professionals that open up so many opportunities to learn and experience ways to help their feet. I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing group.

As part of this group, I am passionate about helping others find ways to support their foot health, so I am offering a free session in August and looking for 6 volunteers. This session will be offered at my location near Cobden.

No experience or equipment required.

I am super excited to be receiving our new leaf cutter solitary bees this week!
I love this post from Kind Bee Farms to explain just how this solitary bee exists.

Sorry fellas, no boys allowed in the Bee Loft! 🚫🐝 Female leafcutter bees hold the fort down in this house! 💁‍♀️

As solitary bees, all females are fertile. Each girl will claim a nesting tube to lay their eggs in, and they're the ones working hard to fill the tubes with leaves to protect their cocoons 🍃

But don't worry, male leafcutters don't mind! They live a fast life of just 10-14 days for breeding, so they don't need a roof over their heads 🏠
