6 years apart. Same vision. Bigger goals. 🚜👑

The top photo was taken when I was 20 years old, buying my first truck with 230,000 km on it. At the time, I was working for another landscaping company and saving every penny I could.

A lot of sacrifices were made during those years. I missed college parties, didn’t hang out with friends nearly as much, and had to become independent and lock in on myself earlier in life. I had a clear vision of where I wanted to go, and I knew that if I wanted to execute that vision, I was going to have to sacrifice a lot to get there.

Fast forward 6 years to the second photo buying my first tractor for KingTurf. 🚜 Huge shoutout to Brian at Kooy Brothers for always taking care of us and making sure we’re set up with the best equipment to properly service our properties. We appreciate all the knowledge, advice, and great service over the years. 🤝

It’s an unbelievable feeling when something you once thought might not be possible slowly becomes your reality. Nothing comes easy, and nothing happens overnight. Goals worth achieving take years of hard work, sacrifice, consistency, and most importantly, patience.

I also have to give a huge thank you to my long-lasting partner in crime, my fiancée, for taking a leap of faith, dropping everything, and taking on this huge responsibility alongside me. Thank you for believing in the same vision I’ve had from the beginning and choosing to build this with me. There have been plenty of long days, stressful moments, and sacrifices behind the scenes, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have you beside me through all of it. ❤️

And most importantly, thank you to every single customer who has put their trust in us, supported us, referred us, and continues to choose KingTurf. Every truck, every machine, and every step forward is possible because of the people who continue to support our business.

There’s still a long way to go, and that’s what makes it exciting.
