When two businesses share the same house, it’s only a matter of time before they start crossing over. 🔨🍫

These Ravix-branded cake pops were made by Jade’s Sweet Treats, because apparently running two businesses under one roof means we can’t resist combining them every now and then. 😂

One of us is out in the field all day working on exterior renovations, while the other is home handling the computer work for Ravix, scheduling, quotes, invoices, messages, the whole nine yards. Then switching gears to make treats for Jade’s Sweet Treats.

And when the workday is supposed to be over? One is still doing quotes and planning jobs, while the other is making cake pops, dipping Oreos and getting chocolate everywhere.

It’s busy, it’s a little chaotic, and there’s pretty much always something going on around here, but we love being able to build both businesses together. ❤️

Two businesses. One house. A whole lot of work. 😂

No job is too small for Ravix Custom Exteriors! 🔨

This project involved relocating a downspout and creating a proper drainage solution at the back of the home. We removed the existing downspout and replaced the section of eavestrough to accommodate the new outlet location.

To properly route the water away from the home, we removed sections of deck boards and skirting and installed 4” PVC drainage pipe beneath the deck, tying it into a new 3x3 downspout. The existing brick sill was left untouched, with elbows used to work around it.

We also installed approximately 28 LF of new 5” seamless eavestrough, tying it into the existing corner for a clean, functional finish.

Even a smaller project deserves the same attention to detail as a full exterior. Quality work, no matter the size of the job. 🏠🔨
