Bringing you both a sweet and savoury monthly option for November - just a bit hearty/cozier, still 100% sourdough 🤎

Feta + Oregano Sourdough loaf: fresh oregano, crumbled feta, black olives and organic rye ~ great with butter or dunking in soup

Dried Cranberry Sourdough Focaccia: warm allspice, lemon zest and olive oil, topped with sweet raw turbinado sugar for a crunchy bite

I only bake “to order” which means I do not sell day old products (and require minimum 24 hours notice) so loaves, buns and focaccia are as fresh as possible.

Just wanted to share a big thank you to everyone who ordered this past weekend, contributing to your family table in some small way brings me a lot of satisfaction too!

A quick note as well that following on Instagram is encouraged if you would like to see more consistent updates, the occasional pop-up loaf, etc. Personally, I find the layout on Facebook not as user friendly and photos are harder to access and “pin” for people.

Did you know that the sourdough loaves at are proofed in rattan baskets, called bannetons? 🧺

These baskets help retain the shape of the dough while it rises overnight and help with air circulation, moisture absorption, etc.

* When loaf space is limited it is because all my baskets are in use! *

Please note that because the baskets are porous they cannot be sanitized with chemicals, which is one of the several reasons why I always inquire about allergy concerns. Never hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about the proofing and baking process!
