You Woke Up Today - Start There
Life is tough, but here we are.

What is gratitude to you?

Are you thankful because life is good right
now, and life is going your way?

Or does your gratitude disappear the moment
life gets difficult?

Is gratitude just a feeling, dependent on
circumstances, good luck, or the universe
smiling down on you?

”In everything give thanks: for this is the
will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
1 Thessalonians 5:18

Gratitude isn’t about everything going right.
It’s about recognizing that God is good, even
when life is hard.

True gratitude begins with humility,
acknowledging we deserve nothing, and
recognizing that every breath and blessing
is undeserved
grace.

That realization can strip away self-pity and
entitlement. Gratitude is something we practice,
not an instant cure for difficult emotions.

Because that’s what life is… tough!

Stop letting changing emotions dictate your
reality. Anchor yourself in God’s truth and
practice humility.
