Early mornings, long days, and taking our time to get this one right.

We’ve been working on this big deck for a while, and we’re not rushing it. When you’re building something this size, the little details matter. We want this one to be right. 💪

50 feet of 16-foot cedar trees gone, stumps ripped out, and the ground levelled before 10 AM. 😤

Trees got piled in the front yard and Project Tree came in the next day to chip them. Could’ve made 4 trips to the dump with our trailer, but we’ve got better things to do than play dump truck all day 😂
Get in, get it done, move on to the next one.

Steel posts. Sloped to grade. No steps, no gaps underneath.

Another fence wrapped — built to follow the yard instead of stair-stepping down it. Cleaner look, nothing squeezing under.

New on this one: every job now ends with a walk-through checklist signed off with the homeowner. Posts, line, cleanup, warranty — all checked before we call it done.

Two different styles. Same Nicholson quality.

A clean 2-rail ornamental iron fence with a spike top, paired with another 8' privacy wood fence with custom trim.

Different look, different purpose, both built to fit the property properly.

Just another couple finished projects from the Nicholson crew.

Here’s the finished product.

The whole point of going with an 8' fence is having enough height to work with so we can keep the top line level, even when the yard itself isn’t.

The result: a clean, consistent fence line from one end of the property to the other.

Another 8' privacy fence wrapped up in Niagara.
