Did this setup for a client of mine this year.
Made a nice ciment pad for her pool equipment, ran a gas line, electrical, plumbing ,and gave her heat with this nice new Hayward H250FDN.
The new screens Hayward put on these units are very cool.
Don't forget your water chemistry is everything for a good long lasting pool heater.
Never put your chemicals in the skimmer, that is very hard on your pool heater.
Always have a check valve down stream for your heater then your chlorinator, so you don't feed chemicals in your heater.
The grounds help static issues and much more so proper grounding is critical for your heater so keep on top of these tips and youl see less of me in your yard!

Is your water heater over 10 years old? if so are you still insured for flood damages ? Most insurances have a fine print saying tanks over 10 years can void your insurance for flood protection policy for lack of due diligence...So check your tanks and check your insurance policy about this...

There doing some upgrads so they can sell there Home to downsize a little.
