Eight new windows, one patio door, two days—and a whole lot more comfort! 🏡🐷

We’ve wrapped up installing eight All Weather at Home dual-pane windows and a patio door with internal blinds for Darlene!

Bringing modern window technology into an older home makes a difference you can feel. Better insulation and a properly sealed installation will help reduce drafts and keep temperatures more consistent—making the house more comfortable through Prince George’s cold winters and warm summers. The patio door’s internal blinds add privacy without the dusting! 🙌

A big thank-you to our past customer Dwayne for sending Darlene our way. Referrals mean so much to a small local business. Knowing you trust our work enough to recommend us is something we never take for granted.

Thanks, Darlene, for trusting the Lipstick crew with your home!

Feeling extra thankful this Thanksgiving weekend! 🦃🐷

A huge shout-out to Justin Smith at Three Lions for all the work he put into revamping our Lipstick Property Solutions website. I’m absolutely in love with how it turned out!

There’s so much to explore—from our project galleries and before-and-after photos to calculators and helpful homeowner guides for planning window, door and attic insulation upgrades.

What I appreciate most is that Justin captured the personality of our business—the crew, the work we’re proud of, and a little pig-powered humour along the way. 💄🐷

Justin, thank you for the time, creativity and attention you put into this. You’ve given us something we’re really proud to share.

Take a look around and let us know what you think!

🦃 Happy Thanksgiving from the Lipstick Property Solutions crew! 🐷

Our pig figured dressing like a turkey would keep him safe… until somebody explained what’s for dinner. 😂

🐷 ANOTHER HOME GETTING THE FULL ENERGY-EFFICIENCY TREATMENT!

Today we kicked off this project with a big attic insulation upgrade — taking this home from R20 ➡️ R50 with blown-in cellulose insulation.

Everything went smooth as could be… including our own version of Spider-Man popping his head out of the attic hatch. 😂🕷️

Big shout-out to Nic, our attic tech, for coming up with a great solution to protect an open socket we definitely didn’t want buried in cellulose. Those little details and on-site problem solving matter. 👊

And we’re not done with this house yet!

Later next week, we’ll be back to install All Weather At Home triple-pane windows AND a new back door. 🪟🚪

Between the R20-to-R50 attic upgrade, triple-pane windows, and new exterior door, this 1980s home is getting one hell of an energy-efficiency makeover.

Even better, a large portion of these improvements are being made possible through the Métis Nation British Columbia program. It’s pretty awesome being part of projects that help homeowners make substantial upgrades to older homes.

Attic today. Windows & door next. Old Man Winter is going to have a much tougher time with this one. ❄️🐷

This log home got a major facelift today! 🏡🙌

9 triple-pane windows & a patio door with azec vinyl wood grain white trim gave it a fresh look while keeping that beautiful log-home character. The homeowners are super happy, with support through a Métis Nation British Columbia grant program helping make this upgrade happen.

Log homes come with their own installation challenges, so we brought in some extra help… 🐷🪿

Unfortunately, the pigs collected their pay in apples and immediately clocked out. As the photos show, we caught the whole crew sleeping on the job! The geese stuck around to supervise—plenty of noise, zero heavy lifting. 😂🍎💤

Thankfully, the Lipstick crew finished the job. A huge transformation and another home ready for winter!
