Dressing table and vanity satisfying both functionality and challenges with the room. Since the window already existed but a sink vanity at that height was not suitable, thoughtful planning was needed. A 4” miter edge on the countertop raised the sinks to appropriate height and elevated the design.

Quirky spaces call for a little creativity with design approach. We did not shy away from the challenge to create a basement rental that matched the vibes of our clients and first time home buyers.

Out-of-the-box thinking and custom built items helped bring this space together with purpose and personality. We found a way to make it all fit and feel intentional.

Thank you to our clients for these great photos highlighting your new space!

Special thanks to Centura Tile for some great nouveau-retro selections!

Small budget projects can still achieve a custom look. This bathroom renovation for sale is the perfect mix of practical design and thoughtful finishes.

We used the same large format tiles on floors and walls to create an elegant elevated look. This is balanced with a selection of high-low finishes such as modest chrome plumbing along side custom maple cabinets with quartz counters. Thoughtful planning means that no compromises need to be made at any price point.

This ensuite bath remodel was a long time in planning. We took our time to make sure scheduling and details were just right. So please to show you how it all came together.

Beautiful maple cabinets from Superior Cabinets with dual level vanity area and dressing table. Large couples shower with custom quartz bench and niche. And, a single 24x48” tile used throughout from Artistic Tile looks so elegant and luxurious.

Special thanks to our friends Cesario & Co for coordinating all our plumbing fixtures.

Great design allows for beautiful materials to shine. We selected these matte hand painted khaki tiles and paired them with warm white slim-shaker cabinets accented with rift cut white oak. An updated built-in electric fireplace with its retro square shape creates warm cozy vibes.

Luxurious design is in the details. Clients with a young family updated their 1950’s Etobicoke bungalow with a fresh spin on mid-century design. Beautiful terrazzo inspired tiles mixed with artisanal zellige accents and oiled walnut crate a warm familiar cozy comfort I just love.
