Palettes is stepping into the world of textiles, and I couldn’t be more excited to finally share a little sneak peek of what’s been happening behind the scenes. 🤎

Since moving to Texas, I’ve found myself so inspired by the charm, character, and stories woven into the places around me. There’s something about things that have been loved, lived in, and aged to perfection that feels so timeless.

When I started dreaming up this shoot for our new textile collection, I had a very specific vision in mind. Something nostalgic, effortlessly beautiful, full of warmth and that western timeless charm.

And then we found Blisswood Ranch. 🐎

A place where every corner already tells a story. The weathered wood, antique details, beautiful textures, and countryside charm. Nothing needed to be made to look old or perfectly imperfect. It already was.

Seeing these first photos come back feels like watching everything I’ve been imagining come to life, even better than I could have hoped. 📸 Nicole | Photographer & Filmmaker made me feel so calm, so special and not too picky 😅

A little bit of Texas, a whole lot of nostalgia, and a new chapter for Palettes. I can’t wait to share more. 🤎

The first samples have arrived! Yes, I’m navigating an international move while expanding my business 😅 the extremely talented Wallpaper & Pattern Designer | Shelby Cornwell has hand drawn 🖌️ the design that made this fabric. Carriage House Printery printed 🖨️ on the most gorgeous linen fabric and hockinghillsgarmentcenter is working endless hours 🪡 to get these to me as quickly as possible with incredible thought and detail into every stitch. Can’t wait to share the collection with you and more of the journey, but for now here is your sneak peek 🤍

as the packers arrive today to move us from Toronto to Houston, I sit and reflect on how much has happened and changed (and still going on). I’m so proud of the people behind this to have the courage and boldness to jump out of comfort zones. To a new chapter 🥂 and here I thought I’d have time to document the whole journey 😅

Designing for walls, wrap and textiles is no easy feat and she did so in the dreamiest most incredible way bringing my inspiration into reality 🏡 coming this fall 🍂
