The previous installation used plastic piping in a home that was already plumbed in copper.

For this upgrade, we installed a new Rinnai RX199iN tankless water heater and matched the system back into the home with clean copper connections for a more consistent, professional finish.

☀️ New this summer for some Toronto apartment buildings: cooled amenity spaces

RentSafeTO buildings that do not provide air conditioning in all rental units may now be required to cool an existing indoor amenity space for residents during the summer months.

The cooled amenity space must maintain a temperature of no more than 26°C and be available during posted daily operating hours.
