🚨Big Announcement Opening A Second Location 🚨

O’Dwyer Insulation is excited to announce that it will be opening up a second brick and mortar location set to be in Midland. This location will serve the areas Perry Sound down to Barrie, and from the Muskoka‘s over to Collingwood and everything in between. We currently have a team of eight but will quickly grow over the next few weeks to a team of 15.

Our Guelph location has opened up a third sales consultant and third crew to help with the overwhelming amount of work this way and our Midland division will see a sales person and dedicated crew.

We are extremely excited to begin this next chapter and our dedication to customer satisfaction and our amazing customers have helped us get to where we are and we look forward to where we are headed!

We’re growing and looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Looking for a mostly work-from-home opportunity with room to grow? This could be the perfect fit for you!

✨ What we’re offering:
- Starting at $30/hour
- Mostly work from home
- Part-time to start (15 hours per week), with the potential to grow into full-time
- Monthly in-person meeting and team-building in Guelph

📋 What you’ll be doing:
- Customer service and appointment booking
- General administrative support
- Helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Assisting with social media and marketing tasks

💻 What we’re looking for:
- Experience with customer service and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, and Docs)
- Someone organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Availability primarily during weekday business hours, with evening and weekend flexibility
- Your own reliable laptop and cell phone

🎨 Bonus points for experience with Canva, video editing, social media, or the insulation industry! Don't worry if you don't know everything about insulation... we're happy to train the right person!

On the O’Dwyer Insulation board we have training certificates binder, health and safety manual, inspection and meeting logs, WSIB posters, emergency contact and health and safety policies and representatives, certification of completion for the NAIMA certificate for all employees, mold certifications, consumer choice award plaques, nominations for awards, certifications of memberships and an amazing congratulations from the mayor on our grand opening plaque as well.
