When the light hits just right 👌
Tried a new pretzel recipe: sage and cheddar, with a mix of bread flour and whole wheat flour. I really like the sage and cheddar flavour combo, but the pretzel base wasn’t better than my go-to pretzel recipe. But, the only way to know you are working with the best recipe is to try others and compare. I’ll be sticking with my mine!

Chocolate peanut butter pudding, made with cottage cheese! A friend told me about this recipe and I had to try it. Turned out really well and I like that it’s a little bit healthy (but not too healthy). A layer of dark chocolate and some crushed peanuts top it off nicely. Would you try a pudding with cottage cheese in it??

I’m in denial that it’s now August, but at least that means it’s time for another bake drop! It’s been a while since I’ve done a mixed bake box, so I’m excited for this one 🤗 (But who can complain, we all love the pretzels so much 🥨😍 and the pretzels will be back before you know it).

I realized I never posted pictures of the May and that’s a crime because I love how these flower cupcakes turned out! It was my first time using Russian pipping tips and I was a bit nervous. I definitely learned some things about frosting consistency and colouring, but aren’t they just beautiful??
The boxes also featured Earl grey hamantaschen, cranberry bliss bars, and butter tart squares.
