🔥 Chimney Annual Inspections – Protect Your Home 🔥

Many homeowners don’t realize that chimneys can develop cracks, loose mortar, water damage, or blocked flues over time. These issues can lead to bigger repairs later or even become a fire or safety hazard if not caught early.

A simple annual chimney inspection can help identify small problems before they turn into expensive repairs.

During an inspection we check:
🧱 Brick and mortar condition
🧱 Chimney crown and cap
🧱 Signs of cracks or deterioration
🧱 Flue and ventilation condition

The best part is an inspection is very affordable, and it can save homeowners thousands in future repairs by catching issues early.

If you live in Durham, Cobourg, or surrounding areas and want peace of mind before the next heating season, feel free to reach out.
