Grateful for this sanitaryware order from Atapur, India ✨
The total order amount is 9600 yuan, with an initial deposit of 2000 yuan paid by the customer. At first, the customer insisted on paying the balance after inspecting the goods. Since all products were fully sealed and fixed with wooden frames, unpacking for inspection would damage the package and affect delivery. After my repeated patient communication and follow-up, the customer finally settled the full balance in four installments.
A 0.4% transaction fee was deducted from this order. I truly feel that Indian customers are meticulous and very price-sensitive. Though it is our first cross-border cooperation, I am deeply grateful for this trust. In communication, I find local customers straightforward and sincere.
The longer I engage in the sanitaryware business, the more I understand the helpless contradictions of this industry. Most customers always think my quotation is too high, while my peers often talk about me for winning orders with low prices.
