We started in a basement in February 2020.
No showroom. No team. Just a room, a set of tools, and an idea that wouldn't let me go: everything in life is made in layers — so why should a room be any different?
LAYERS grew from that basement into a full design house — furniture, interior, FF&E, ex*****on. We hit a wall along the way, and we rebuilt, with the kind of help you only get from people who've done it before.

At Layers Design Studio, we bridge the gap between structural complexity and minimalist aesthetics. We are looking for an experienced designer who masters the details that turn a high-end concept into a flawlessly executed reality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive workshop drawings & joinery details.

Engineer seamless material transitions (wood, metal, stone).

Integrate specialty hardware (pivots, concealed hinges).

Optimize designs and develop premium soft seating collections.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in technical design/joinery.

Expert mastery of AutoCAD, Rhino, and SolidWorks.

Deep understanding of MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite.

Advanced AI design prompting (Gemini, Claude) is a must.
