A design becomes meaningful when it begins to take shape.

Our ongoing projects under construction reflect the journey from architectural vision to built reality, where concepts, drawings, materials, craftsmanship, and collaboration come together on site.

At KIT Studio, we remain committed to design integrity and attention to detail throughout every stage of the process. Each wall, structure, and architectural element brings us one step closer to the spaces we envisioned.

Designed with intention. Built with precision.

HGS Residence

This building complex responds directly to the site’s natural slope, transforming the gradient into a terraced, multi-level composition. Rather than sitting on the landscape, the architecture is carefully embedded within it creating a seamless relationship between built form and terrain. it comprises 2 residentila buildings over 3500 square meter project area. The material palette is rather neat. It comprises stone, wood and textured paint.

Location : Addis Ababa, Megenagna

MNRC RESIDENCE | Design Showcase

A contemporary residence shaped by clarity, warmth, and considered detail.
The design explores a balance between solid and transparent elements, creating a private yet open living environment.

Layered terraces, deep overhangs, natural textures, and carefully integrated screens bring together comfort, privacy, and modern architectural expression.

Warm material tones and generous glazing connect the interior with the surrounding landscape, while the layered façade creates depth, shade, and a distinctive residential identity.

A home designed not only to be seen, but to be experienced.

Every remarkable project begins with a strong concept.

Swipe through the transformation of Abbai & Yared Belay Properties, showcasing the journey from the initial conceptual design to the final architectural render. This evolution reflects our design process where ideas are refined, details are carefully developed, and concepts are brought to life through thoughtful architecture.

At KIT Studio, we believe every great building starts with a clear vision and ends with a space designed for lasting impact.

In July, the KiT Studio Designs and HABAR Architects teams had the privilege of attending the Italian Smart Living Event through an exclusive invitation during its invitation-only opening day.

It was a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow architectural firms, exchange experiences, and build meaningful B2B relationships within the industry. We also had the pleasure of attending an insightful masterclass led by Italian architect Duccio Grassi, followed by a one-on-one conversation where we discussed design, innovation, and the future of architecture.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, connect, and be part of such an inspiring event, and we look forward to applying these insights to our future projects.
