WORKERS WANTED – PACIFIC HARBOUR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
ANS GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking experienced and motivated construction personnel to join our team for an exciting project in Pacific Harbour.
Positions Available
Construction Foreman (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities
Manage site labour and subcontractors
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
Monitor project progress and quality standards
Report directly to management
Requirements:
Previous experience as a foreman or site supervisor
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver's licence preferred
Blocklayers (Multiple Positions)
Responsibilities:
Lay concrete masonry blocks accurately and efficiently
Follow construction drawings and specifications
Maintain high-quality workmanship
Adhere to all site safety requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in blocklaying
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable and physically fit
Construction Labourers (Multiple Positions)
Responsibilities:
Assist tradesmen and supervisors on site
Loading, unloading, and handling materials
Site cleaning and general construction duties
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Construction experience is an advantage
Physically fit and hardworking
Reliable with a positive attitude
