A recent commercial project where we transformed separate men’s and women’s toilets into one larger, modern men’s facility.

The works included knocking through the dividing wall, relocating plumbing to suit the new layout, plastering and decorating throughout, installing new anti-slip flooring, and completing the full fit-out of the new toilet facilities.

A great effort from the lads on this one to get the job completed smoothly and to a high standard.

Willow, the boss’s 14 week old puppy and newest team member popped in to see some of the team today.

High‑vis ready and riding sh***un with Luke, she brought plenty of smiles and reminded us why a positive site culture matters.
A quick puppy visit is the ideal team morale boost!

A project from the archives that never got posted!

This customer wanted to make better use of the space by relocating the boiler to the airing cupboard, freeing up valuable room within the utility area. This allowed us to create much-needed additional storage while giving the space a much cleaner and more practical layout.

To achieve a seamless look, we installed an integrated washing machine and designed the utility room to perfectly complement the existing kitchen. The adjoining downstairs WC was also upgraded, creating a cohesive finish throughout.

The result is a functional space with plenty of storage and a much tidier appearance – proving that even the hardest-working rooms in the house can look great too.

A good start on a new extension project this week, with the foundations in, blockwork started, and the build beginning to take shape already.

It’s always rewarding to see progress from day one, and we’re looking forward to sharing the transformation as the project develops over the coming weeks.

With a productive week behind us and the blockwork underway, the team can now enjoy a well-earned sunny Bank Holiday weekend before we’re back on site next week and ready to push on. ☀️

As always, a big thanks to the lads for their hard work and attention to detail – it’s what keeps our projects moving forward and our customers happy!

A recent part garage conversion completed!

We converted part of this garage into a new utility and downstairs toilet, turning unused space into something practical. This is a great way to create extra space, without the need for an extension - whilst still keeping some of the garage area for storage!

As always, a big thank-you to the team for their hard work and high standards throughout the job!

For garage conversions, renovations, extensions and general building works feel free to get in touch!

We have been a bit quiet on here lately, but we’re still proud to be supporting one of our local rugby teams.

We sponsor Ethan as a player, as well as South Molton Rugby 2nd team.

Ethan has been part of the team here at LS Building for nearly 6 years since leaving school and has completed his carpentry apprenticeship along the way. Ethan has been a solid team member and it’s great to see him putting the same effort in whilst on the pitch too 💪🏉

If you can, head down and support South Molton Rugby Club for their final league game of the season!
