A really fun fireplace renovation completed in this beautiful Victorian terrace house in Huntingdon 🔥

We cleaned and repointed the original brickwork using lime mortar to help this old property breathe properly while keeping all of its character and charm intact 👌

Finished off with these amazing illusion-effect geometric tiles which completely transform the space and give it a real feature feel ✨

Absolutely loved working on this one for such a lovely couple — projects like these are always a pleasure 🙌

It’s been a busy few weeks for AH Home Solutions!

I absolutely loved transforming the hall, stairs, and landing of this beautiful 3-storey home in Barnet. A little different from my usual projects, but when one of my oldest and best friends asked me to turn a “white on white on white” space into something fresh, warm, and welcoming… I couldn’t say no!

It’s amazing what the right colours and finishes can do to completely change the feel of a home. Thank you for looking after me so well while I was there — it was a pleasure working on this transformation.

40m² of flooring completed ✔️

This one definitely had its tricky moments in places, but the end result has made every late evening worth it

It’s been a pleasure working on this project around an already busy schedule, especially for such an amazing family who looked after me so well throughout the whole job. Really appreciate it.

Just waiting on the skirting boards to be delivered so I can head back and finish off the final details… and I honestly can’t wait to show you the completed space.

Really proud of this one… I was given a very specific brief of what my customers were wanting… I have known them a very long time and are great friends. I wanted to give them their dream lounge… as you can see I started out with a blank canvas of a room which was lacking a focal point. I created a faux fireplace with inset TV built in units and floating shelving. I would love to say I can take the credit for the decorating, however that along with the staging of the room falls firmly in the hands of Mr&Mrs G. Thank you for allowing me to create this space for you. morethanjustahandyman

Big things take time… 🔥

It’s been full-on behind the scenes lately, working on a large project and crafting something really special — a feature fireplace that’s going to be a true showstopper.

Long days, lots of detail, and plenty of graft… but it’s all coming together.

Trust me, this reveal will be worth the wait 👀

Stay tuned… you won’t want to miss this one.
