There's absolutely no way they were.

Cooker hose and fittings incorrectly used.

Huge gas leak left behind for the customer.

Another reason that regular servicing is important.

This is a landlords boiler that I attended on Friday.

It failed a flue integrity test and I'd say it's probably been this way for at least a couple of years.
