Manufacturers of beautifully printed A1 rated fire board for behind Wood Burner stoves and fireplaces, and recently in kitchen wall areas.

Firetile Heatshield manufactures a unique heatshield product designed to fit behind your wood burning stove This serves to protect your plastered walls from the immense heat generated by your wood burner. They are supplied, in a variety of sizes, and a wide variety of designs to suite many styles and tastes. They are available has chamber backs, a simple back wall plate, or a three piece chamber set, a back wall plate and two side pieces. We also have available wall hanging heatshields designed to go behind the more contemporary free standing cylindrical wood burning stoves that have recently become so popular. Also available are our eco-friendly hearth Ecostone range of slab in numerous colourways, patterns, and designs which mimic both natural stone, and ceramic tile and brick, perfectly complementing our heatshield range. These are also available in many sizes and are extremely robust and heatproof. All heatshield products are produced onto an amazingly efficient A1 fire rated board, which if required can easily be trimmed and cut, and are simple to install. 🍂🔥 AUTUMN COLOURS AND A BEAUTIFUL WOODLAND SILHOUETTE!

Just look at this lovely customer order we've been working on in our family workshop! 😍

Measuring 850mm x 1500mm, this Heatshield features a beautiful woodland scene, with silhouettes of bare trees against a soft purple sky and a warm golden-orange glow along the horizon. 🌳🌅

There's something so peaceful about this design. It reminds us of those crisp autumn evenings when the sun is setting, the trees have lost their leaves and you're looking forward to getting cosy indoors!

We particularly love how the colours blend together, creating a lovely contrast between the dark woodland and the glowing sky.

🎨🖌️ BEFORE THE PRINTING BEGINS, THERE'S A LITTLE PREPARATION TO DO!

Here's Julie busy in our family workshop, painting our Firetile panels white and getting them ready for the next stage! ❤️

You might know Julie for her artwork and creative designs, but she's also very hands-on with the manufacturing side of our business!

The white undercoat provides a lovely base for the colours and details of our designs to be printed onto.

🖨️ Once the panels are prepared, it's over to George, who takes care of the printing and brings those designs to life!
