Our garden room project in Dorridge is now pretty much across the line. Just the skirting boards to go on tomorrow.
We were tasked with upgrading and transforming the existing damp, cold, un-used garden room and we are really happy with the final outcome.
We were sent an A.i picture by our client at the very beginning of the project which showed us what they were trying to achieve and I think we have absolutely nailed it 👌🏻.
Wooden decking and cladding replaced with a composite equivalent and all new grey soffits and facias added to give it a more modern look.
Internally we stripped it right back and fully insulated it, installed an aluminium bifold door in the front, UPVC window in side elevation and UPVC door on the storage room at the rear to match.
Full vapour barrier installed, all new plasterboard throughout, new electrics, new timber sub-floor and Karndean LVT laid to complete the look.
Our clients will now install an air con unit to heat and cool the new room, put a TV up on the wall and a sofa in there and maybe even create a small bar area 🍻👌🏻.
What a fantastic addition to the property 😁🙌🏻.
