Another happy customer as we completed their lovely kitchen installation today in Harrogate.

Removal of the old tired kitchen uncovered a lot more work than was originally expected…but it wasn’t anything team Envisage couldn’t sort out.

The new kitchen is a modern shaker design from Howarth Harrogate’s Harvard range, finished in matt Pebble and topped off with Volcanic Ash square edge worktops.

Using extra tall wall cabinets utilised every inch of space to maximise storage and helped with hiding away the combination boiler.
We also managed to incorporate a nice compact peninsula, a large integrated fridge freezer, bridging unit hob extractor, slimline integrated dishwasher and a pull out bin / recycling system.

All finished off with Rustic Oak LVT flooring and decorated in Crown ‘Sand Print’ & ‘Steam Engine’ paint, it’s fair to say that our customers (as are we), are over the moon with their new bright modern kitchen.

After carrying out a kitchen diner knock through project last year, it’s was nice to be invited back to carry out the next phase of works for our customers in Knaresborough.

This time it was the main house bathroom, separate toilet, downstairs hall way and cloakroom.

Work on the main house bathroom & upstairs toilet including:
• Removal & disposal of the old suite, wall tiles and flooring.
• New airing cupboard built.
• Plumbing, heating and electrical works.
• Wall, ceiling and floor preparation.
• Installation of new bathroom suite.
• Wall tiling and plastering.
• LVT flooring.
• Painting & decorating.

All creating a lovely modern bathroom with a large 1700 x 800 bath with shower above, 2 drawer vanity basin with LED back lit anti mist mirror, wall hung storage cabinet and chrome towel radiator and a comfort height rimless flush toilet.
The tiles are Elko vein cut Austral Grey and complimented with Feather Grey LVT flooring.

We also replaced all the bedroom radiators with these modern designer radiators and matching TRV valves.

The main hall way and downstairs cloakroom went through a similar transformation. This time using Pearl grey vein cut tiles and Timeless Oak LVT flooring throughout, matching the kitchen diner flooring installed last year.

It’s always a pleasure to be invited back into our customers homes to carry out more work and bring there ideas to life.

We’ve just had the pleasure of carrying out a part house makeover for our lovely customers in Harrogate.

Tired and in much need of some tlc the work focused on the kitchen, lounge and hall / stairs & landing.
We started with a full strip out and disposal of old flooring, internal doors, radiators and wallpaper to give us a blank canvas to start from.
Lots of preparation work then followed including wall and ceiling preparation, plastering, electrics, joinery works and heating pipe work for new radiator positions. The under stairs cupboard had a tiny door making access near on impossible. So we enlarged the opening and incorporated a hidden doorway to take your eyes away from it while sat in the lounge.

Then on with the main work which included:
• Classic light oak LVT flooring.
• Modern Burford skirting & architraves.
• New internal glazed & panel doors.
• Designer vertical radiators
• Wall panelling to hall, stairs & landing.
• Oak banister rail.
• Large loft hatch with integrated ladders.
• Hidden door to under stairs storage.
• Feature wallpaper in lounge & kitchen.
• Roman blinds in lounge & kitchen.
• Painting & decorating throughout.

Our customers are just waiting for their new carpets and sofas to arrive and phase 1 is complete.

Looking forward to phase 2 next year when we return to replace the bathroom and work our magic on the bedrooms.

Our customers in Harrogate were in need of more usable space in their home and contacted us to carry out a part garage conversion to create this lovely new utility room.

The integrated garage already had an access door from the main house hallway, so we utilised this to form the room in the rear half of the area.
This then left the front section as a good size usable storage area with access from the utility room or main garage door.

Working to our customers design, the utility room specification includes :
• A large worktop area finished in 20mm grey concrete effect square edged laminate with a white gloss handleless storage cabinet below.
• Quickstep Honey Oak LVT flooring to match with the existing hallway floor.
• Washing machine and condenser dryer.
• Modern electric radiator with WiFi controls.
• External vented extraction fan.
• LED lighting and 4 double sockets.
• Extra sockets and cold water tap in garage storage area.

Built to be fully compliant with building regulations and signed off, this project was completed in just 2 weeks.

A pleasure to carry this work out for another very happy customer.

Following on from a new bathroom installation project, our customers asked us to turn their downstairs shower room / toilet into a more usable cloakroom with storage space.

Prep work included a full rip out, electrics for new LED down lighting, plumbing and heating works for new layout, floor levelling and plastering.

We then installed a tongue & groove half height stud wall to house the wall hung vanity unit / basin and the comfort height rimless flush toilet with a concealed cistern.
Fully fitted storage cabinet, finished in matt Reed Green and has twin hanging rails for plenty coat storage.
The modern designer radiator fits in nicely and not only heats the room but also provides hanging for hand towels.
Timeless Oak LVT flooring was then fitted to match and line through from the existing hallway flooring.
Joinery work including new windowsill, skirting and architraves.
Painting of the ceiling, walls and woodwork.

The finished result is a bright modern downstairs cloakroom, which the customer (as are we) are over the moon with.

Customer recommendation work is one of the nicest feelings when you’re running a small independent business.
This is our 3rd kitchen diner project we have recently completed within a few houses of each other on the same street in Knaresborough.

This was a large project that included a new kitchen diner, boot room and utility room.
We bricked up the rear kitchen door to create more worktop space / large peninsula and the new aluminium French doors with integrated blinds became the new rear access.
The boot room then had a window dropped to create a second rear entrance for when our customers came home from muddy walks with their dogs.
A new insulated wall / doorway between the old utility room and integral garage transformed the space into a this great utility area with lots of extra storage.

All of the cabinets throughout are from the Harvard range with a modern Shaker design and finished in Matt Alby blue and Pebble.
These where all topped off in Dekton ‘Marina’ worktops with hob wall splash back and up stands.
Wanting for nothing, the spec on this kitchen included:
Neff slide & hide oven.
Combination oven & microwave.
5 zone induction hob & extraction.
Quooker boiling water tap.
Integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer & waste bin.
Larder cupboard drawer storage.
Lemans pull out corner storage.

Other works included:
Electrics, plumbing & heating.
Plastering, joinery & decorating.
LVT flooring throughout.

Lots of hard work on this one but all worth it, as we have another very happy customer.

PLUS….we now have our 4th project booked in next door but one in October !

With a busy sporting family life, a nice refreshing hot shower is a must for our returning customers in Harrogate.
It has been an absolute pleasure working with them again to help bring their dream bathroom to life.

It was out with the old bathroom and then lots of preparation works to accommodate everything on the wish list.

And what a transformation !

A beautiful spacious modern bathroom, attentively designed to meet the whole family’s needs.

The specification includes:

• A large 1600x900 walk in shower area with a modern low level tray, monsoon shower head, hand held shower, wall niche and ceiling mounted extraction.
• HIB Vanquish 800mm recessed mirrored cabinet with LED lighting, heated anti mist mirrors, 2 pin charging sockets and an additional toothbrush charging point.
• Wall hung basin with 2 drawer vanity unit.
• Comfort height back to wall toilet with concealed cistern, rimless flush technology, dual flush plate and soft close seat.
