FREE SECURITY RISK ASSESSMENTS FOR 5 LOCAL LANCASTER & MORECAMBE BUSINESSES!🚨🔐

We’re offering FIVE businesses across Lancaster and Morecambe the opportunity to receive a completely FREE, no obligation security risk assessment from our experienced team at Lingwood Security Management!

With winter approaching, darker evenings and longer periods of darkness can create additional opportunities for opportunistic theft, break ins and criminal activity, particularly when business premises are closed or left unattended.

We want to help local businesses take a proactive approach to protecting their premises, equipment and assets throughout the winter months.

So, what does this involve? Our team will visit your business, assess your existing security arrangements and identify any potential vulnerabilities that could leave your premises at risk.

We’ll then provide practical recommendations based on your individual requirements and budget.

🔒 Improving your security doesn’t always mean a huge investment. There are a range of solutions available to suit different businesses and budgets, from improving locks, windows and access points to more comprehensive security measures, including:
🔸 24/7 CCTV monitoring through our control room
🔸 Intruder alarm monitoring and response
🔸 Mobile security patrols and alarm response
🔸 Physical security improvements, including security film and shutters

And most importantly, there is absolutely NO obligation to proceed with any of our recommendations or purchase any services. The assessment is completely free, and any decisions about improving your security are entirely up to you.

Who can apply? This offer is available to businesses across Lancaster, Morecambe and the surrounding areas, including retail premises, commercial properties, farms and agricultural businesses.

We’re limiting this offer to just FIVE local businesses throughout November, so if you’ve been considering reviewing your security arrangements ahead of winter, now is a great opportunity to do so.

📋 APPLY HERE: https://lingwoodsecurity.com/contact-us/

Please share and tag a local business owner who would be interested.

A huge congratulations to our very own Billy Mcgonnel, who has been nominated for Healthcare Security Officer of the Year at the 2026 National Association for Healthcare Security Awards!🏆👏

Billy is a familiar face to many NHS staff, patients and visitors, and we’re regularly receiving lovely feedback about the difference he makes through his work.

He’s been named Employee of the Month by the NHS Trust several times, an award that’s open to everyone working at the hospital, which makes this recognition particularly special.

We’ve also received some incredibly touching feedback from patients. Following a difficult situation in the emergency department, one patient wrote to thank Billy for treating them with humanity and helping restore their faith in other people💛

It’s feedback like this that shows the compassion, patience and professionalism Billy brings to his role every day.

Billy will be joining us at the NAHS Awards in November, and we couldn’t be happier to see his hard work recognised.

Congratulations Billy! Everyone at Lingwood is rooting for you👏

After many years working at WM Armstrong, Security Officer Harry has recently said goodbye to the site!👋

To mark his time there, Harry was presented with a gift by one of the company’s managers, who thanked him for his dedication and the work he had done protecting staff and company property over the years.

It is lovely to see the relationships our officers build with our clients, especially after working alongside them for so many years.

A big thank you to Harry for all his hard work, and we wish him all the best for the future! 👏

Some brilliant client feedback following another successful project for Network Rail!👏🚆

Our team recently provided security for a project in Dumfries, protecting Network Rail equipment stored within a designated compound throughout the works.

The project was completed with the equipment remaining safe and secure, and we were really pleased with the feedback received afterwards.

Our service was rated as exceeding requirements, with Very Good ratings across the areas assessed and confirmation that they would absolutely recommend Lingwood Security Management.

We’ve worked with Network Rail for many years, so it’s always great to receive feedback like this and continue building on that relationship 🔐

You can’t be everywhere at once. When you have land, buildings, machinery, vehicles and multiple access points to think about, keeping an eye on everything isn’t realistic.

And if someone is targeting your property, CCTV footage the following morning, unfortunately... may be too late.

There are ways to make your security more active:
📹 Analytic CCTV can help identify suspicious activity.
☀️ Solar CCTV can provide coverage in areas without conventional power.
👀 Remote monitoring means somebody can be watching when you can’t and responding to suspicious activity as it happens.
🚨 Mobile patrols add a physical security presence. Officers can visit at varying times throughout the night, making patrols less predictable and potentially disrupting anyone targeting or already accessing the property.
💡 Security lighting and access protection add further physical barriers around vulnerable areas.

You may not need somebody permanently stationed on your property. You may simply need more layers between spotting suspicious activity and being able to do something about it.

When you think of a Security Officer, what do you see?👀 Probably the uniform, the body-worn camera and someone keeping a watchful eye on what’s happening around them.

What you don’t always see are moments like this 💛

We recently received this lovely feedback from a nurse at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary after she had been unable to get any food during a busy 13-hour shift. One of our officers gave her his own sandwich before the team found her some additional food and made sure it reached her.

Our teams are there to keep people and places safe, but we’re equally proud of the people behind the uniform and the kindness, patience and empathy they show while doing their jobs.

This is the kind of feedback that means a lot to us👏
