Before and after of customers L-shaped livingroom in which they wanted a bathroom fitted downstairs. They didn't have any cupboard/storage space big enough so we built out the walls to hide the new plumbing behind as the floor was concrete. We put in a new pvc ceiling, spotlights, extractor fan, wiring for a new mirror, fitted a pocket door whilst building one of the walls. Moisture resistant plasterboard use through out, wet wall fitted in shower cubical, floor tiled, walls tiled half way up around rest of the area, little shelf area that customer asked for built in shower area, new drainage on outside of house.wall ready for plastering now. This was an unusual job for us with no existing toilet area and plumbing there but we got it done and custimer is very happy with result πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Before and after of a media wall build, framed out the middle section of wall where new tv/fireplace where going, sheeted with plasterboard so I could stick panelling onto new wall with adhesive, I did the built out wall with panelling running horizontal and the walls at either side of that vertically, to make it a bit different and to stand out more, and finished corners and tv frame etc with black trim put strip lights in either side which when turned off are basically invisible as you can see from pics, the strip lights are dimmable, the new fireplace allows you to change the flame colours to suit your mood and the fire gives of a fantastic heat with different heat settings also. Small matching corner shelf in one area for Internet hub also, i also changed the plug sockets and light switch from White plastic to gun smoke chrome sockets and light switch to match with the wall and in the near future the white radiator will be changed to a new black radiator also, customer was absolutely over the moon with the work completed πŸ‘Œ

Before and after of a composite decking job, ripped up all the old wooden decking boards and had to partially rebuild decking frame as you can see by pics, the old decking frame wasn't built properly lets just say, so added additional new joists and added dwangs which didnt exist in old frame, decking taped all the frame to add longer life to the frame, we did the edgers/finishing boards a different shade of grey to make it stand out more. Laid all new boards, and built new balustrade and we also added a small hatch under raised deck so it could be used for storage underneath. We left a 20mm gap between edger/finishing board (1st board) and 2nd board on larger deck so led multicloured/dimmable light strip could be fitted. Customer very very happy with finished results πŸ‘Œ

Here's a before and after of recent job we did, forgot to take pics at the very start when this area of garden was in an even worst condition with weeds the height of the fence in some parts, and there was 50 square metres of old decking lying on top of the old grass that we had to cut up and get rid of. we lifted all the old artificial grass which had just been laid on top of dirt so we got rid of that and added proper subbase and 2 layers of geo textile membrane, we also dug out area under the fence and put sleepers round the perimeter to retain everything and then fitted the new 89 square metres of artificial grass. We had some off cuts of grass leftover so Customer asked if we could put it down over the old decking stairs and we put a new step in with sleepers aswel onto the old deck as the original step was very high customer asl8 wanted us to cut section of fence down and make double gate out of it so they can get in behind fence to cut trees. There is still some kiln dried sand on the grass as the grass was still to be brushed over in pics. Customer very happy πŸ‘Œ

Before and after of 9m Γ— 3m patio we did for a customer, the customer has really bad drainage in this garden so we dug out the area for patio and whilst doing so we dug out a french gravel drain just at the front of the patio under where the new row of turf is at the front of patio to stop water pooling, we also used some sand we had left over to build up the low points through out the garden, again to stop puddles lying in the low spots in the garden, this didnt have to be done too fancy as customer is going to be getting an extension built so this will get torn up anyways but it will help out with the water pooling in certain areas at the moment, customer never asked us to do it byt we dud so just to help at the time being and the grass will grow back through in 3/4 weeks . Customer was very happy with the finished result. πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ

before and after of recent job we did, just a wasted bit of ground full of weeds etc, so customer wanted it tiered off with natural stone they had lying in the garden not doing anything so we washed the stone down to get moss and discolouration off of them and used them to build retaining wall, the customer then wanted the area covered in plum slate after we dug it out and put membrane down first and there steps where out dated also so we built some new steps for them and also put in a small pathway from there existing patio to there decking area as it was just soil and weeds etc between them before that. Another happy customer πŸ‘Œ

Before and after of current job we have just finished, we knocked down retaining wall and dug back to lay a 30 metre square patio area, built a 6ft high fence around the full back garden, we lay sleepers all round edge of garden as edgers/retainers. We knocked down old shed, layed new base and built new shed, and we used artificial grass for the rest of the area which we had to get 28 tonne of crushed rock and 12 tonne of sharp sand dropped in to fill in for drainage etc under the artificial grass plus we put down 2 separate layers of geotextile membrane also. We built new path for customer up side of the house. Please excuse some sand still sitting on the artificial grass in pics as we hadn't finished brushing it in and I forgot to take more pics once we did πŸ™ˆ, Customer is over the moon with such a big difference and we have now been giving the job to do the customers front garden aswel as they were so happy with the back garden πŸ‘Œ
