A recent lift and relay of this old patio and path, which had sunk and become uneven over the years.

We lifted the flags, sorted the levels and relaid the existing stone before cleaning and repointing. A fair bit of work in this one, but lovely to see the colours in the stone again.

If your patio needs some attention, drop us a message at JTS Landscapes for a quote.

A recent Raj Green Indian stone patio completed by the JTS Landscapes team ✅

The old drain cover was replaced with a recessed cover and paved to match, helping it blend neatly into the finished patio. Everything was then pointed using a traditional sand and cement mix.

A proper, hard-wearing finish that really suits the property.

A good tidy up on this one.

The front garden had become pretty overgrown, so we cut everything back, cleared out the unwanted growth and opened the whole area back up again and added a reclaimed Yorkshire stone step and path with 2 obelisk’s for planting.

It’s made a massive difference and brought the existing stonework and planting areas back into view without completely changing the character of the garden.

Nice straightforward job and a much cleaner, easier space to keep on top of now.

JTS Landscapes – taking bookings for upcoming work

A few examples of jobs we’ve completed, from full garden makeovers and porcelain patios to driveways, paths, steps, fencing and detailed stonework.

We’re a small local team and take pride in doing things properly, keeping jobs tidy and paying attention to the finishing touches.

We cover all aspects of landscaping including patios, paving, driveways, fencing, drainage, garden makeovers and general groundwork.

If you’ve got a project in mind, big or small, feel free to drop me a message with a few pictures and a rough idea of what you’re looking for and I’ll happily have a chat.

More tarmac repairs using the portable tar plant get booked in now before winter gets to your pot holes before we do

This one was definitely due a proper clear out.

We removed a large amount of overgrown brash and vegetation, treated the area with w**d killer, laid a w**d control membrane and finished several sections with gravel to make the whole space much easier to keep on top of.

All the surrounding hedges were also cut back and tidied, opening the area up massively and giving the property a much cleaner look.

One nice surprise along the way was uncovering an old stone bridge that had been completely hidden by the growth — far too nice to cover back up, so we cleared it out and made a feature of it again.

A lot of graft involved in this one, but a massive difference from where it started.

A bit different from our usual work this one.

Concrete floor repairs completed at an industrial steel warehouse in Bradford, repairing several badly damaged areas ready to take plenty more use.

We broke out around 8 inches of the existing concrete, drilled and fixed metal dowels into the surrounding slab, added rebar for extra strength and primed the repair areas with an SBR and cement slurry.

Everything was then filled back in with a strong fibre-reinforced concrete mix and finished level with the existing floor.

Proper repair rather than just filling over the top. 👍

That’s another one wrapped up 👌

A big change from what we started with and now a much cleaner, more usable space now it’s finished.

Really happy with how it’s all come together — onto the next one.

Lovely little addition to a previous project adding a fence and gate for privacy as well as a new porcelain path way to tie in with the rest of the garden. All finished off with a tumbled block boarder

Another beauty of a transformation
Kandla grey Indian stone patio laid and an artificial lawn installed for a low maintenance mow free garden.
We have also applied patio Sealant to protect the stone while making it even easier to clean in the future.
