🚨 JOB UPDATE – VICTORIA GATE, LEEDS 🚨

Another job successfully completed by JP Maintenance 🔧💧

We were recently contacted by a client based within the Victoria Gate shopping complex in Leeds, after they had been without water for several days.

As you can imagine, having no water supply is not only extremely inconvenient but can also present a serious health & safety concern, particularly within a commercial environment.

Our team attended site and carried out a full inspection to identify the cause of the issue. We diagnosed a faulty solenoid valve, which required replacement.

🔧 The faulty valve was replaced, and after a short time on site, the water supply was fully restored.

Another issue identified, repaired and resolved by the JP Maintenance team — allowing our customer to get back to normal with minimal disruption. ✅

🔨 PROJECT UPDATE – KITCHEN TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE! 🏠✨

Following on from our post last week, where we shared the kitchen rip-out and preparation works, we’re pleased to announce that this project is now fully complete! ✅

Our team have been back on site to install the brand-new kitchen and complete all the finishing works, including:

🔹 Full kitchen installation
🔹 Second-fix plumbing
🔹 Second-fix electrical works
🔹 Final connections and finishing touches
🔹 Ensuring everything was tested and left ready for use

What started with the removal of the old kitchen has now been transformed into a fresh, fully functional new kitchen, ready for the customer to enjoy. 👌

We were recently contacted by a landlord who owns an apartment in Leeds but doesn’t live locally. He got in touch with JP Maintenance after concerns that the property hadn’t been managed or maintained to the standard he expected and the kitchen was in need of a complete refresh.

After attending the property, our team got straight to work. 👷‍♂️

The old kitchen has now been carefully removed, leaving the space ready for the next stage of the project. Our team will be back on Monday morning to begin installing the brand-new kitchen. 🛠️✨

A customer recently reached out to JP Maintenance after experiencing a leak from their sink.

Upon attending and carrying out an inspection, we identified that the sink waste basket was faulty and required replacement. 🔍

Our team was able to source and replace the faulty waste within the same day, getting the sink back up and running and allowing the customer to continue using the facility without any further issues. ✅

Another problem identified, another repair completed, and another happy customer! 🙌

Just a quick message to let all of our customers and followers know that I’ll be on annual leave from today until Monday 10th August 🌞🏖️, taking some well-earned time to spend with my family. ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

✨ Another Job Complete – Another Happy Customer! ✨

A customer recently got in touch with us as they were looking to refresh the entrance to their soon-to-be salon, which is based at their own premises.

Their existing door had become weathered over time, so we attended and installed a brand-new glazed door. Not only does it give the entrance a fresh, modern look, but it also allows much more natural light into the salon, creating a brighter and more welcoming space.

This job was made even more rewarding as we had a young man completing work experience with us this week. He got stuck in, showed a great attitude, and has done really well. It’s been a pleasure to have him as part of the team, and we’re proud to support young people in gaining valuable hands-on experience in the trade.

We’d like to wish our customer the very best with their new salon, and we’re delighted to have been part of bringing their vision to life.

🔧🚿 Another Happy Customer for JP Maintenance! 🚿🔧

We were recently contacted by a landlord with several apartments in the city centre after his usual plumber unfortunately let him down.

As always, JP Maintenance stepped up and managed to fit the job in at short notice! 💪⏰

The issue was an under-sink unvented hot water tank that had reached the end of its life. As you can see, the existing unit had suffered from significant corrosion and required a full replacement. 🔩⚠️

Our team quickly removed the old tank and installed a brand-new replacement, ensuring the tenant had hot water restored with minimal disruption. 🚰✨
