A luxury✨ decking and fencing upgrade designed to transform this garden🌿 into a timeless outdoor space. Built with care, precision, and a focus on long-term quality a true blend of craftsmanship and style.

The structure was made from pressure-treated timber, fully sealed with bitumen for moisture protection. Each post was set securely in postcrete and reinforced with bolts and cross bracing, creating a slick and perfectly stable foundation.

Every detail was thought through from joist tape to prevent water ingress, to end-grain sealing and smart ventilation for lasting durability. The Douglas Fir boards were painted on both sides and finished with a clear UV-protective oil from osmo, enhancing the natural colour and ensuring complete weather resistance.

A luxury outdoor area built with lifetime-grade craftsmanship — elegant, strong, and ready for every season. 🌿

From vision to reality. ✨
We transformed a large bedroom into a brand new en-suite shower room, built entirely from scratch — and what a journey it was.

This project, started in November and completed in January, was one of the most challenging bathroom builds we've taken on so far. It included:
• Installing a completely new drainage system
• Running a new electric circuit across the entire flat
• Fitting a brand new central heating system and radiators throughout

The result? A seamless blend of functionality, comfort, and elegance — designed and built with precision by the IGV Maintenance team.
