🐾❤️ Sometimes, it’s the little things that make the biggest difference! ❤️🐾
We recently received a message through our website from a customer in Mountsorrel asking if we could help her lovely dog, Keeky, get safely in and out of the garden following knee surgery.
With the cost of the operation already being a big expense, our customer was understandably working to a limited budget. But that didn’t mean we couldn’t help! 🐶
We popped round, took some measurements to make sure any ramp would be suitable for Keeky, and explored a few different options.
After looking at what was available, we found two purpose-built, solid rubber outdoor ramps on Amazon that were just the right fit for the patio doors and garden.
Rather than supplying the ramps ourselves and adding extra costs, we sent our customer the direct link so she could purchase them at the lowest price and simply position them into place.
No unnecessary costs, no complicated solutions — just a helping hand when it was needed. 💙
Sometimes, all someone needs is a little time, practical advice and a bit of help understanding measurements and finding the right product. On this occasion, we were more than happy to give our time free of charge.
Today, we received a lovely email confirming that the ramps had arrived and fitted perfectly! Even better, we were sent a photo of Keeky enjoying the garden again. 🥰🐾
Knowing she can now get outside and enjoy some garden time without putting unnecessary strain on her recovering knee makes the whole thing worthwhile.
