Annnnnnnd we go again. 🪟

After a couple of city jobs I’m called back out to the country to help see after another stunning property, this time in Loddon.

Refurbish, sash repairs and servicing for phase one.

Then new sashes at the rear with slim double glazing now planning has been approved.

Keeping the sashes and period features alive. 🙌🏼

98 panes of blown double glazed units replaced on this property in South Norfolk.
All sashes re-corded, serviced and draught proofed. More great customers and a great property to work on.
Busy summer all booked in and looking to take more on for September. 🪟

Revisited a customer this week to quote for another phase of work in Norwich.

Here’s the work I done replacing all the rotten components of the lower box frame. All repairs with either hardwood and Douglas fir timber.

Lower Sashes are brand new and the tops were refurbished. Great to see them fully complete with a top layer of paint.

Pride knowing they’ll last another lengthy phase of time!

This week’s customer, but last week’s work. Managed to turn over the rotten sashes on the first floor for New double glaze hardwood sashes. All on my own up and down the scaffold like a yo-yo. 🪀
You can’t go wrong with hardwood beads and architrave.

Great couple of days on site in South Norfolk. Managed to work with the customers desires and conservation officers requests to turn the side glazed lights into individual fixed lower pains with top openers divided by hardwood external and softwood inside middle rails and of course double glazed with draught proofing internal beads on the closure.
