Customer was told that the windows couldn’t be opened and asked me for a 2nd opinion

Using my window opening equipment combined with the removal of the glass both windows were opened and all the working parts of the locking mechanism replaced

They were told the only way to sort it was a full new window

Not true 🤥

Rotten fascia hanging on but dropped opposite the outlet meaning the water was expected to run uphill

Guttering removed
New upvc fascia board and guttering re secured (photo in the comments)

Something old school today
But new to me

A poor pigeon possibly being chased by a hawk flew straight into this window

The window being on an older grand house which is only allowed certain things such as style of window

All done and dusted but not necessarily pigeon proof 🫣

Black gutter seal used by a “have a go hero”

I’m guessing it worked for a bit but looked awful (you can get it in white 😜)

Customer wanted all of the guttering replacing so all new joints, brackets, corners, ends and gutters.

Will stop the annoying dripping they’ve been constantly hearing when sitting in the conservatory 😎

X14 glazing units replaced with plain glass to get rid of the old style lead
Upstairs left to do but already looking much less dated

When you get a call off a customer asking for some glass
I didn’t see if first hand so asked AI to recreate it for me
But now it’s all secure and weathertight again
